Connection between molecular biology or biochemistry in vitro and biological function in vivo.

Our lab studies disease mechanism or develops methodsto find diseases at the early stage by visualization of specific biomolecules. We use in vivo imaging of biomolecules with appropriate techniques or imaging probes,such as radiation (PET, SPECT) or fluorescence, depending on the target biomolecules or diseases. Our study contains development of novel imaging probes. Recently, we aren't only interested in imaging, but also development of drugs to treat diseases.
