Striving for the development of compounds that shows the effectiveness on Parkinson's disease model mouse upon oral administration,
a) development and derivative synthesis of lead compounds derivative synthesis method
b) evaluation of drug efficacy and elucidation of structure-activity relationship by phenotype screening
c) physical properties evaluation by ADMET evaluation
d) PK profile evaluation
e) in vivo evaluation of drug efficacy by Parkinson's disease model mouse
through these process, we are under way to explore clinical tests candidates compounds
