2. Drug discovery research of lectin antibody
By the research of innovative drug development of inhibitory compound having metabolic stability, cell membrane permeability on galectin having galactose recognition site, we aim at the development of anticancer drugs showing antiangiogenesis,
a) design of a focus library, development of an effective synthetic method, synthesis of derivatives.
b) evaluation of affinity and selectivity with target protein using surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and analysis of structure-activity relationship.
c) expression and purification of target protein, and in the process of practice of SBDD by analyzing co-crystal structure
d) under construction of a cell-based assay evaluation system
