Isothermal Titration Calorimeter(ITC)directly measures heat of reaction which arises when two kinds of molecules interact on the condition of constant temperature. ITC measures heat change by measuring the difference of the electricity on cell heaters to keep temperature gradient, which arises when coupling partners are mixed, zero between reference cells and sample cells. Even though it seems to be weak avidity, as a result, this procedure makes it possible to find out tiny molecules interacting effectively. Auto-iTC200 is capable of measuring 384 samples at most automatically and unmanned.
