EnSpire is a Plate Reader for measuring fluorescence or absorbance, based on quad-monochromator technique. It is possible to measure at free setting such as end point measure at the specific wave length or scanning of full spectrum. Also, it is usable for a variety of calculation, for example, curve fitting (linear regression, spline, 4/5 parameter), reference wavelength adjustment, background subtraction, ration calculation, IC50, and so on. Besides, it can measure using 1-384 well plates.
