DSC is mainly used for heat stability evaluation of biopolymer. It measures micro heat change in accordance with temperature transition (e.g. heat denaturation) of samples when the temperature is changed in a certain speed. VP-Capillary DSC Platform is ten times as high throughput as VP-DSC. It is used for screening of a lot of samples in denaturated neutral temperature.
